4 Rules to losing 20lbs. in 4 weeks without exercise

Rule#1
Avoid “white” carbs like these: bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried foods that are breaded.
If you cant seem to give them up there is an exception; Eat within 1.5 hours after a resistance-training workout of at least 20 minutes in length.

Rule#2
Eat same few meals over and over. Mix and match contents from each of these items:

Proteins:
Fish
Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
Chicken breast or thigh
Grass-fed organic beef
Pork

Legumes:
Lentils
Black beans
Pinto beans

Vegetables:
Spinach
Asparagus
Peas
Mixed vegetables

These items and similar items are safe to eat as much as you like.
Most all restaurants will swap vegetables or salads for fries or potatoes.
Don’t forget the legumes. Many on a low carb diet complain of low energy, legumes provide the necessary calories.
Another key is eating more often than normal. A minimum of 4 times a day

Rule#3
Don’t drink calories. Stay away from soft drinks, milk, or fruit juice. Especially energy drinks.
Do drink massive amounts of water. Most people don’t drink even a quarter of what is recommended.

Rule#4
Take one day off your diet per week. Eat any and all of your vices on this day. Once your body has adjusted to this diet this huge caloric intake can help maintain a healthy metabolic rate by keeping your body guessing.
