Chicken Wraps

I found this recipe while blog surfing, okay stalking. I have been wanting to try it for a while now. I finally did last night and it was worth the wait! It was very simple, and my kids and hubby liked it. Definately a go to recipe when I am looking for something quick and easy.

(don’t let the crappy picture fool you, these are delish!)

ingredients:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 scallions, sliced very thin
2 celery ribs, chopped fine
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tsp hot sauce
2-3 cups shredded chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
tortillas

1. Whisk the mayo, cilantro, scallions, celery, sour cream and hot sauce in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to combine.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.

2. Place tortilla in skillet. Arange chicken mixture on one side of the tortilla, cover with cheese. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until slightly brown, and the cheese is melted.
