I’ll say it again - I LOVE HALLOWEEN!! There are so many cute, spooky and yummy food ideas out there now. There are bloody drinks, dinner in a pumpkin, spider cupcakes, ghost shaped mashed potatoes, mummy hot dogs, finger cookies, & witches brew just to name a few.  It was so hard to just pick a few of my favs, but here you go…..

Look at this great MONSTER MASH!  My kids would dig this!  Oh who am I kidding, I dig this!

My kids love pancakes any time of the day.  I think they may even love them more if I made them to look like this!  Aren’t these cute!!!!

I LOVE homemade rootbeer - oh I mean Witches Brew.  My good friend makes great homemade rootbeer.  I love the look of it in this black couldron.  SPOOKY!!!  Here is my friends recipe:

1 bottle root beer extract
5 lb. sugar
5 gal. water
5 lb. dry ice
 
Mix water,extract and sugar in large drinking container. Carefully put in dry ice. It will begin bubbling immediately. Put lid half on. It takes about an hour before root beer is ready to serve.
