Did you know that 38 BILLION plastic water bottles end up at the landfill each year? Did you know that using a water filtration system (or pitcher) will cost you 78% less per gallon than bottled water?

I dont think you realize how many plastic water bottles you go through until you start to recycle them. That bin starts to fill up so fast!

So, we have switched to using these:

I love the bottle, and it is spill-proof.  You can find out more about it and purchase one here.  I found mine at Walmart, you can find them just about anywhere.

There are still times it is difficult to pack up the birtta and resuable bottles, like when we are camping, or traveling.  So we still use the plastic water bottles, we just make sure we recycle them.

MORAL:  FILL YOUR REUSABLE BOTTLE INSTEAD OF THE LANDFILL!
