Jello Poke Cake <br />

This cake was one of my favorite cakes when I was younger! My kids also love this cake. It is a favorite at our house.

Ingredients:

1 box white cake mix
1 lg. box of your favorite jello (I used raspberry)
1 container cool whip
1 lg. box of vanilla pudding mix

Bake cake according to directions on the box. Mix the jello with 2 cups boiling water. While cake is still hot poke holes in it with the end of a mixing spoon. Pour the hot jello mixture all over the top of the cake. Let cool. Mix the pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk. Add 1-2 cups of cool whip. Pour over the top of the cake. Let set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!

This is the polite way to eat it! As opposed to grabbing hand fulls and shoving them in your mouth.
