Organic Peppermint Brownies

These are the most tasty peppermint brownies, and, they’re good for you!! (well, for brownies!)
Has anyone tried using essential oils? Let alone in your food? Well, it’s great. Pure Peppermint has been used in the treatment of nasal congestion and sinusitis. Recently, Peppermint has been the focus of several studies which target its known benefits for improved digestion and anti-inflammatory activity in the intestinal tract. Peppermint is often used to improve mental alertness and acuity.

All you do is….. (drum roll please)

1 box Organic Brownie mix

about 5-8 drops Pure Peppermint Oil

And a perfect beverage… Peppermint water. But, be so careful not to put too much oil. What I find works well, is about a gallon of water, and about 2 drops. It just gives it a little hint of flavor, and is so good for you, and it makes the water(which I LOVE) even more refreshing!
