Pumpkin spice muffins

This recipe is really easy and really good! I got the idea for this recipe over at Picky Palate.  She added bananas instead of the pumpkin.  Not that I have anything against banana’s, I love banana bread!  But, pumpkin spice, just sounded better than banana spice!  So that being said here is what I came up with.
ingredients:

<br />

1 Spice cake box mix
1 6 oz. carton of lowfat vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, mix yogurt, pumpkin, eggs and water with the cake mix. Spoon batter into muffin tins. Bake for 20 min. Makes 24 muffins.

    I tried these and they are so yummy. Except I sprinkled the top with a streussel topping of butter, sugar,flour and cinn., before baking. The Missionaries ate them up so fast. I had 24 of them for just 6 elders and they were gone lickety split.
